SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All items are shipped within 72 hours of purchase. We ship US Postal Priority Mail (3-4 days: $4.00), Ground (5-7 days: $2.00), Express (1-2 days: $15.00) all with insurance and delivery confirmation. Those rates are for U.S., Canada, and Mexico. For other Foreign countries, the rates are as follows: Priority ($15.00), Express ($ 25.00). Please contact us if you would like to arrange an alternate shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping offers, to hear about these offers, send us an email asking to be added to our mailing list.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & CANCELLATIONS:

After ordering online, you have 2 hours to cancel your order. Otherwise, the item may have been sent already and you will have to make a return. You have 5 days after you recieve your purchase to let us know if you want to make a return and get your refund. OR- We will gladly exchange any item for its equal or lesser value if it is within 30 days of the date of purchase and the item is in its original condition. Please e-mail or call us to make a return or exchange.

REPAIR:

If your jewelry breaks within the year you purchased it, we will repair it for free. Just contact us and we will instruct you to ship the item so it can be repaired. All of the original pieces must be included. We will then ship it back at no additional cost to you. If an item breaks after a year from purchase, we may charge a small repair fee depending on the what needs to be fixed.
